In order to fly for SouthWest Virtual Airlines:

You Must submit a pilot application which will take us 24 Hours to look at the application and therefore goahead and approve you. You will be givin a Pilot ID and a Pilot Password you make up. You can either once then fly on the SimMiles Private Server Via FSINN & FS Copilot, Vatsim, or XACARS. We do value the flights our pilots do every month inorder to maintain and keep this airline up, running, and succesful.
